Wind turbine sites are usually only experienced from a distance, which makes them conceptually and physically remote. Created through the tactile process of frottage, this work aims to bring the viewer into close proximity to a wind turbine blade as a way to bring a human perspective to not only the scale of the turbine, but also to the power it generates.
